just what is not clear to me is from Anandtech:
"AMD has brought yet another asset to the LiquidVR platform: LiquidVR 360 SDK. The SDK enables end-to-end GPU-accelerated HEVC 4K x 4K video playback."

can at least speak publicily if AMF doesn't support already 4K x 4K HEVC decoding on supported GPUs?

The 360 SDK is based on AMF and AMF does support such decoding. The 360 SDK showcases high-level integration into GPU pipeline, timewarp since with 360 video it can be done more accurate than in HMD software, ambisonic audio , stereoscopic and integration with HMDs.

I am not aware of a public player based on LiquidVR 360 SDK. Though, the SDK includes a sample player. What is your interest? There are plenty of 360 players around.

It's been about a year since the SDK was released and I would like to use at least one video player using this. Perhaps you could give me a "non-public" player so that I could test this technology?
