Incomprehensible behavior related to updating the examination list.

Steps:

1. Open the Group Manager
2. Create a new group.
3. Delete the created group.

Observations:

1. Performing the second step makes the list item appear on the page - this is the expected result.
2. After removing the group (step three), the item does not disappear from the list on the page - this is incorrect, compared to first point of observation.
3. After closing the Group Manager, the list is updated.

The above observations do not apply to the Group Manager modal window, but only the Examinations Management page!
