Sora Max Active but Sora-2 Blocked – System Treats Paid Account as Free User #1

First of all, sorry for creating an issue here, as I have already sent an email to your support address but have not received any response yet. Therefore, I am reporting this problem through this issue for visibility and urgent assistance.
Subscription Details
Plan: Sora Max
Status: Active
Expiration Date: February 8, 2026
According to the plan description, Sora Max:
Works even with 0 credits
Provides priority creation
Supports Sora-2
Allows videos up to 15 seconds
Is not a free-user plan
Issue Details
As of January 14, 2026, around 20:30 (Japan Time), I am completely unable to generate videos.
When attempting to create a video, the system shows the following message:
Sora-2 Model Maintenance
Sora-2 temporarily unavailable for free users.
We’re currently limiting Sora-2 access to premium users. Upgrade to premium for unlimited access.
This behavior indicates that my account is being incorrectly identified as a free user, despite having an active Sora Max (paid) subscription.
Expected Behavior
Sora-2 should be available under the Sora Max plan
Video generation should work without requiring additional upgrades
Actual Behavior
Video generation is blocked
System prompts me to upgrade again
Service is unusable despite an active paid subscription
Request
Please help to:
Verify my subscription and account permissions
Restore Sora-2 video generation access
Clarify why this restriction is applied to a paid plan
If this issue cannot be resolved promptly, please advise on compensation, subscription extension, or refund.
