[Feature New API] Voice AI Dashboard Call Logs Reporting API Webhook Events

🌟 Describe the Feature

We want to have webhook events for all the logs that are tied to the AI Agent reporting dashboard.

🚀 Justification

We need to warehouse AI agent call logs in external databases. Having realtime webhook events allows us to properly store and enrich those logs with other data from other GHL objects like opportunities, contacts, etc. This helps us directly tie the ROI of voice AI to other data happening that voice ai products helped us make a sale.
