[Feature New Product] Metered Billing Mock Sandbox Testing

🌟 Describe the Feature

We want to be able to provision a sub-account with a mock credit card for testing for metered billing.

🚀 Justification

Metered Billing Testing. This helps us test the functionality from end to end for more complex metered billing configurations rather than testing live cards.

📝 Suggestions

Allow us to add a credit card with test credentials in a sub-account. Like Visa 1111-1111-1111-1111. Put it in stripe test mode. Then when we execute the wallet charge APIs let us have a boolean flag that its in test mode or live mode.

Alternative is to give us a locationid to put on the API endpoint to let us run test charges, retrievals on with mock data on it.

Hey @i-am-rad, we do have APIs to refund transactions so you can complete the full testing on your end without the need to recharge your wallet repeatedly, also, its a stripe level limitation to not use test cards on production environments.

Yeah but you offer live/testing mode for other environments for stripe. How can overseas devs test this without a fully functional stripe account connected? Developer sandboxes should have this functionality, don't just dip out on this.
