[Feature New API] Token Revocation and App Uninstall Endpoint

🌟 Describe the Feature

We want an API to revoke auth tokens and uninstall our marketplace apps for private apps. It causes problems when people are still connected and sending webhook events even though they are not paying us for private apps. This is not an issue on paid/public GHL apps.

🚀 Justification

Exists already on public paid apps.
