Project ID Auto-Populate Loop for AI Pro User

I'm a Google AI Pro subscriber, but the VS Code extension is trapped in an Enterprise loop, constantly forcing a GCP Project ID (zeta-campus-hlxd9) into my settings, which is blocking my access to Agent Mode.
