Artifacts upgrade destroys equipped artifacts

Upgrading artifacts with the scientist thingy case takes into consideration artifacts which are equipped on the belt.

1. have 99% arifact on the belt
2. melt 99% stuff to higher tier with the scientist case
3. oh crap ur 99% artifact from the belt is gone
4. no 1 cared
