That's really helpful about how to deal with the qualifiers that only apply to the data or only to the theory -- I did try attaching a qualifier to identify the generator the theory lines only, and of course it then rendered wrongly, shifted a column to the left! (Though this is presumably a front-end rendering issue that could be handled without needing empty qualifiers to be added to wrong-category columns, I'll do it in the data for now since that's the workaround.)
