Able to disable the checkbox

Would like a feature to disable the checkbox if necessary.

Seems reasonable. Since there are so many checkboxes involved it would have to be embedded inside of the items array, so it can be toggled per item.

If you want to disable all checkboxes always then you'll need to overload the template to add the line or remove the checkbox all together, the behavior allows you to overload it easily enough.

The top level tree disable is a bit trickier, since we're using iron-list which relies on the templatizer we can't directly bind into the child templates from within the element, hence passing it through items, we could have disabled=true toggle all items to disabled, however that's a rather large performance impact, and I'm trying to get support for 1mil items.
