Support auto-collapse flag #52
Description
Currently the tree performs auto-collapse functionality for performance reasons, however a lot of data-sets will never hit the point where they need those kinds of gains, we should ago ahead and remove that restriction and add in an auto-collapse flag instead for the subset that do need it (hopefully even less once we resolve some of those performance issues and now that iron-list has been updated).
