Whenever the user wants to change the amount of money in the purses or external register, he has to contact me to change it. A user based solution would fix this issue.

A settings option to let the user enter the amount for each coin and Bill in the register, which will be saved locally
Describe alternatives you've considered
Letting this as right now, but this would mean less portability and more work for each change.
