[Proposal] Bounties support for community development?

Hey y'all, I came across ImplicitCAD on HN, I'm the founder of Algora.io an open source bounties platform. We use bounties ourselves for building Algora.tv

Bounties are rewards on issues that are paid when PRs are merged.
Both community members & maintainers can create bounties.
So far on our platform we've helped award $250k+ to 483 developers from 64 countries.

I wanted to make myself available in case this is a utility that can help ImplicitCAD users.
