Usage instructions - taskplane init

Hi, I just found this project.

The README instructs me to install it as a pi plugin, pi install npm:taskplane. But then it immediately expects taskplane to be available in my terminal to run taskplane init which is not going to be the case.

Actually I can't get this to work at all after manually installing taskplane and running taskplane init.

The pi agent doesn't understand how to use it, the worktrees can't see the .pi folder so agents are completely lost, it keeps writing the tasks to .pi/tasks/... which is apparently the wrong place, and it all cascades into failure. Same results using Opus / Sonnet / Kimi / Minimax.
