Add Review Edit History

Updating a review overwrites the previous rating and CID. There is no history for audit or abuse review.
Acceptance criteria:
Store review revision records or revision count.
Expose latest review and optional history getter.
Emit revision events.
Tests cover multiple updates and history ordering.

Hi maintainer,

I’d like to work on this issue.

I’ll implement a review revision system by storing either a revision counter or append-only revision records so that every update preserves historical state instead of overwriting it.

I’ll expose a getter for the latest review while optionally allowing access to full history for audit purposes, and emit revision events on every update to support off-chain indexing.

Finally, I’ll add tests covering multiple updates, correct ordering of revisions, and verification that history remains intact after successive edits.
