Vercel Speed Insights Installation Complete

Successfully installed and configured Vercel Speed Insights for the Express API server project.

Changes Made

1. Package Installation

• Installed @vercel/speed-insights@^2.0.0 as a dependency in artifacts/api-server/package.json
• Updated pnpm-lock.yaml with new dependencies

2. Configuration

• Modified artifacts/api-server/src/index.ts to import and initialize Speed Insights
• Added injectSpeedInsights() call following the Express framework pattern from official Vercel documentation
• Placed initialization alongside existing Vercel Analytics setup for consistency

Implementation Details

Since this is an Express.js API server (not a frontend framework like Next.js or React), I used the generic injectSpeedInsights() function from @vercel/speed-insights as specified in the official Vercel Speed Insights quickstart documentation.

The Speed Insights is initialized in the entry point (src/index.ts) right after the existing Vercel Analytics initialization, maintaining consistency with the project's current structure.
