Prevent OpenCode runs from seeing staged shared/ files in tmp workspaces

OpenCode scenario workspaces are currently populated with raw scenario files. This can let the agent read local data instead of using CouchDB/MCP. We should keep the per-run workspace empty and use CouchDB as the only data source.
