Double Check Citation information in the docs MD files for all problems #216
Description
Add a citation section in the documentation similar to Photonics including all relevant citations for the problem. This should include: the base formulation of the optimization algorithm (i.e., original paper that introduced the problem) and any follow on papers that might have implemented the paper's formulation in the specific optimization instance (e.g., if the optimization code in EngiBench was based on a different paper than the one from the original formulation).
