Double check HF Photonics units in the column

While the current Phonotics code is fine, we believe that the old dataset on HF is using different units or a prior version of the code.

• Matt will double check the units and isolate the problem
• Mark can modify the output code if necessary
• Re-upload approprioate HF column as needed (either Matt or Mark could do this).
