Unify turbine turbine and plant turbine

The turbine turbine and plant turbine are different representations of the same thing. Can we unify these things? e.g., define blade airfoils as well as a power curve

We can link to the turbine turbine as an optional definition in the plant turbine. We should make sure we can support TI as a coordinate in the power and thrust curves.
