Playbar can not be activated when in positioning mode

After the following steps the player bar can not be made visible using a mouse over.

• Activate a subtitle by clicking on a text field (video is paused)
• Activate he positioning mode.
• Try to play the video.

This is most possibly because of the drag and drop positioning of the region requires to suppress mouse over displayer of the player bar. Possibly this can be made user friendly by adding a mouse over message whenever the user hovers the lower 20% of the screen and a message could be added "to activate the player bar, deactivate the positioning mode"
