Converting .srt to EBU .stl ?

I am fairly new to this topic, so apologies in advance for a question that might be naive:
We are using OpenAI Whisper for automatic transcription and it throws out a bunch of subtitle formats like .srt, .tsv, .vtt and even a .json-file. Is it possible to convert anyone of those into EBU .stl?
The target format is required by our MAM ...
