Description

The plantform switcher redirects to /components/ which is the app landing page which has a client-side redirect to the getting started topic (and looks awful). We should either try to redirect to the same topic the customer came from or directly point to the getting started topic.

Also, consider making the select items actual anchor links; Superbly annoyed by navigations I can't ctrl+click to open in a separate tab - this is still navigation, much like others we had in the secondary header before and other site menus, just collapsed into a "select" for space saving.
