Description

Parent issue for the new Theming Widget effort.

Acceptance criteria

• theming widget should work for all 4 platforms
• it should be build entirely as a web component without any additional deps
• should allow getting the most optimal code for achieving the theme, with info on where to add it based on the platform (avoid SCSS, prefer css vars)
