I am unable to switch the Insta360 X5 to Android mode when it is plugged into a powered USB C hub which is plugged into a Windows 11 laptop. The USB hub is powered via an external power supply. To connect to the Insta360 X5 I am using the USB C cable which came with the camera.
I have installed the libusbK driver and rebooted the laptop.
I see the progress bar and the "Switch to Control with Android" message, then I see "Switch failed, please try again"
The CameraSDKTest.exe which comes with the Insta360 Windows SDK fails with this output:
begin open camera
no device found.
Insta360 X5, firmware v1.11.6
Windows 11 home, OS build 26200.8655
