Describe the bug

Hello, when I tried to add players plots.add.everyone permission, it shows this strange message and players can't add everyone

To Reproduce

1. add player plots.add.everyone as stated in docs
2. use /plot add *
3. it will show that message

Expected behaviour

it should add everyone, when I have * it works
