Description: Enhance the InvoiceTimeline to be interactive. Allow clicking on timeline events to see detailed transaction information and related actions.

Requirements:

• Clickable timeline events
• Expandable detail panel
• Transaction hash links to explorer
• Action buttons for relevant events

• Details panel shows transaction info
• Links open in new tab

I'd like to work on this because turning a static timeline into something users can actually click into and explore makes invoice activity far easier to understand and act on. I'm comfortable making timeline events clickable, building the expandable detail panel showing transaction info, and linking transaction hashes to the explorer in a new tab. I'll wire the action buttons to trigger the correct modals for relevant events and verify the full click-through experience works smoothly.
