To-Do list to onboard Achieve into GF

Hi @lrenhrda, the following would be the first To-Do topics to check/solve for onboarding Achieve.
Please merge the opened PR before addressing them.

• Spacing & Kerning
  • Inspect the spacing and ensure everything is even. E.g. glyphs like K 6 ¿ seems to need less right spacing, among other cases
  • Review the groups and ensure they contain all the related glyphs to ensure consistency among letters
  • After the groups are ok, improve/include some common kerning pairs like Lo Po Fa Vo LT KU

  Please review the spacing and alignment of the punctuation

• GF Latin Core support some required glyphs are missing
