Allow selecting an area and querying "what tags are there" #12
Description
Even on high zoom levels, there are still cases when we cannot distinguish nearby tags:
We can try and make some "tool" to select an area and print all tags located in there (it may even work in linear time, because it is not so interactive), like OSM has "what is nearby" button.
I guess the implementation should be similar to #10.
