Alert for Encrypted Files

@umeditor would you be able to add to the code an alert that says "This file has been encrypted by VeraCrypt"? In the output file, it would list the filepath in the file path field and output another variable called "Message" with the values "This folder appears to be encrypted using VeraCrypt." It would return that for any file that ends in a .vc filename.

The use case is so we can scan project files from the highest level and determine if files in the project folder are encrypted.
