MERINGUE is very slow when identifying SVGs on a 12679 × 3215 mouse kidney dataset

Hi, I followed the vignette to identify SVGs with MERINGUE on a mouse kidney dataset (12679 × 3215), but the runtime is very slow. Is this expected for data of this size?
