Dear developpers,
I was using bacdive python client v-0.3.1 and now the v1.0.0 and I'm facing problems by querying the API with genome accessions.
Usual genome queries (like : query = {"genome": "GCA_006094295"}) that were working perfectly in the past, are now returning errors.
With the v.0.3.1 client: I get an error like "ERROR: BacDive API error We have a problem in the system. We apologize for the inconvenience"
And with the v1.0.0 client: the query is relaunched several time without success (with messages like "Retrying API request for None. Attempt number 1.").
