In Italy, every pharmacy has a code given by the Ministry of Health, and we record it with the ref:msal tag.

The problem is that pharmacies can be dispensing=yes or dispensing=no, and those link to different url. I'm not sure if this is doable, but in case:

1. dispensing=yes.
   ref:msal=668 should link to https://www.salute.gov.it/CercaFarmacie/Ricerca?useMode=getDettaglio&VOLID=F668
   ref:msal=667 should link to https://www.salute.gov.it/CercaFarmacie/Ricerca?useMode=getDettaglio&VOLID=F667 ecc.

2. dispensing=no
   ref:msal=003568 should link to https://www.salute.gov.it/CercaParafarmacie/Ricerca?useMode=getDettaglio&VOLID=C003568
   ref:msal=003569 should link to https://www.salute.gov.it/CercaParafarmacie/Ricerca?useMode=getDettaglio&VOLID=C003569 ecc.
