feat: add Jamf Security Cloud (JSC) support via the Platform API Gateway

The Platform API Gateway public beta lists JSC APIs as the next set of endpoints coming to the gateway — starting with device activation profiles.
JSC is the security and network management plane (threat defense, content filtering, ZTNA) sitting alongside Jamf Pro and Jamf School. It would be great to have CLI support for these endpoints as they become available.
I'm on the team building the activation profiles API at Jamf. Happy to share the OpenAPI spec and help validate once the endpoints are live. Let me know if you need any additional info.
