Request for new tagged release

Now that Alma9 is becoming the default on the farm with python3, can we tag a new version that is compatible?  See for example issues with MCWrapper using the latest release (0.7.01 which is now more than 2 years old): https://github.com/JeffersonLab/gluex_MCwrapper/issues/119
