I donno where the /bin or build.bat are

I feel bad just embarrassing myself like this in a public forum, but the project organization has a /bin directory that's supposed to contain the GUI and a build.bat to, uh, build the thing. They appear to be gone. Build.bat did exist in the first commit, but it's gone now.

I don't know anything about coding man
