Need to work on some custom JavaScript code to fix mobile menu interface

The mobile interface doesn't expand the top menu. I need to write some code that will expand the size of the top menu when the hamburger icon is clicked

This seems to function properly on desktop when the screen is very small. I'm getting the issue on the iPhone. Perhaps this is an issue with iOS? More research is required before I figure out if this is something that could/should be fixed.
