Happy to report that this mostly works, however the button mapping is off at least on the Smart Pro S.
Via the controller/IO testing in the stock firmware:
BAXY - all correct
D-Pad - all correct
L1/R1 - all correct
L2 - Select
R2 - Start
Select - Trimui/Menu button (below left analog)
Start - L3
Trimui/Menu - R3
Right analog - Right direction maps to L2?
L3/R3 - Nothing
Nothing mapping to L2 best I can tell. All function buttons on top of the console (Power, aux button and volume) work properly, and Fn switch is detected correctly.
Holding L and R triggers the vibration on the IO testing screen, so vibration is working fine :)
Joystick calibration shows analog stick positioning/movement is working beautifully, and the opposing direction issue seen in some emus (like PPSSPP) is completely gone :)
