Update version to 0.1.0 (or 1.0.0?)

I do not yet know much about this package, but it

• is registered
• is 5 years in use
• has 100 stars and >40 dependencies, some of them widely used
• has 4k monthly downloads
• has few open issues, despite wide usage
• had no changes in the last 2 years

Isn't it time to upgrade it to at least v0.1.0? Actually, judging by criteria above, it absolutely looks mature enough for v1.0
