Thank you so much for publishing such great work.

I want to know how to match the fMRI signal in 'sub-03_perceptionNaturalImageTesting_original_VC.h5' (1200) with the visual stimulus images (24).

Could you please kindly have a look?

You can get indeces of stimulus images as below.

import bdpy

bdata = bdpy.Bdata('sub-03_perceptionNaturalImageTesting_original_VC.h5')

# V1 fMRI data, shape = (n_sample, n_voxel)
brain_data = bdata.select('ROI_V1')

# Indeces of stimulus images, n-th is the image index  of n-th sample (row) in `brain_data`
# shape = (n_sample, 1)
image_index = bdata.select('image_index')
