Search should allow the user to filter by deposition date

We need a field in the top section of the Search form allowing the user to filter their results based on the depositon date. It is not necessary to handle days or months, just years. The filter syntax would be the same as for a bond length or angle. We want to be able to say "<=2000", ">2000", or >2000,<=2010". To be consistent add the "+/-" (green/red) button. The box would be in the top section after "R-free" and before "Threshold". The name of the filter will be "Deposition Year" and the default is empty.
