Improve warning emission

Description

Currently, when khiops is executed and there are only warnings, the library emmits one warning containing all the warnings in the log.

This is inconvenient for warning filtering, since filtering one type of warning will filter all of them.

Questions/Ideas

• If there are only warnings, instead of emitting one warning, emit one per warning found in the khiops log.
