The "Reviewed" label only indicates that the reviewer has finished reviewing your PR and expects you to make changes based on their feedback or respond to their comments (or both).

Once you have addressed all feedback, add the "Needs Review" label back to your PR to indicate that it is ready for another review.

This review cycle may repeat multiple times until the reviewer adds the "Complete" label, which indicates that they are satisfied with the changes and the review process is finished.

If the reviewer has not responded to your "Needs Review" request after about four days, you can mention them in a PR comment using @github-username and politely let them know that the PR is ready for re-review.

Suggestion: Add the "Needs review" label back to your Form-Controls PR and leave a comment on the PR to inform the reviewer the changes you have made based on their feedback.
