Overfull \hbox can cut text / manipulate urls

I have a case where a url in a comment results in a (probably) overfull \hbox, which results in

1. the line to be too long
2. the url to be cropped

In the attached image the line in the pdf can be seen.

The comment line in the excel sheet was:

Scene 4 does not only show the Kinase , as all 4 chains are present, and looking at https://www.rcsb.org/structure/1FIN you can see that chains A and C are CDK2 and chains B and D are Cyclin A. This scene does not add any value to the project.

The resulting url was:

https://www.rcsb.org/structure/you

Release 1.2.1 features a switch --debug which keeps and reports the temporary LaTeX build folders rather then deleting them. That should help debugging issues in the template, feel free the send me the .tex file in question, too.
