Thank you for providing the fantastic youtube presentation yesterday.
I can see the template today and I'm interested in using this template to develop my own custom plugin, but I'm finding it a bit challenging to get started. Would it be possible to provide a step-by-step instructions in the README?

How to set up the project for a new plugin
A simple example of writing a new plugin using this template
How to test/debug the new plugin
A small guide like this would be extremely beneficial for newcomers like me who are new to both Kotlin compiler plugins.
