Battles referencing other battles?

Battles that happen late in worldgen seem to reference others that happened hundreds of years ago while containing no information about itself. This doesn't seem to be a problem with battles that happen earlier in worldgen. May or may not be a bug.

Stubbed out a possible fix in PR #66 (I typically develop in Java, not .NET, so I can't actually test it immediately)
