Fix OOP posts transitions #9
Description
When you access the post oop_in_action2 the ViewTransition drag both oop_in_action2 and oop_in_action posts to the same place in PostLayout.
Expected behavior
Just one post's title must to be draged to the title place on PostLayout pages.
