Implement the KMTNet microlensing detection algorithm in the microlensing filter

@atousa_kalantari is testing an implentation of the KMTNet detection algorithm on ZTF light curves. The code will be pushed to the repo.

I implemented the KMTNet microlensing detection algorithm and added it to the antares_filter folder as KMTNET_Algorithm.py
