Version 2.0 should be the latest

The new VM is available at https://gcentral.org/cti/, and I have updated all the Setup Instructions (in English) with the images for the new VM.

We need to make 2.0 the latest version.

https://labviewcommunitytraining.github.io/cti-documentation/en/cti-doc/v2.0/index.html has all the latest information.

Please let me know how to do this, so in the future I can do it myself too.

@unifab, to make the v2.0 the latest, you must remove the prerelease attribute in cti-doc_en/home/antora.yml.

The last section (https://docs.antora.org/antora/latest/how-component-versions-are-sorted/#latest-version) explains how the latest is defined.

I am missing something because I removed the prerelease attribute but latest is still pointing to 1.0

Ok, I see.
This is the main landing page I added to prepare for the addition of the different training.

In the image below, you can see the mechanism.

When you are on the home page, <1> lists all the courses available (currently, we only have the LabVIEW training).
If you click on the training title, you are directed to the latest version of the training, the v2.0.
You can go to a specific version by clicking on the version number.

Does it make sense?

Regarding the main page content, I think it should present the CTI project, its purpose, its usage, etc…
I think the explanation you gave about the versioning should be added to the introduction of the training content.

All this discussion makes me think we should prioritize the talks about having multiple courses. I think, I have a pretty clear understanding of what we need concerning the documentation. What's missing for me is how we want to manage the associated material to the course (exercise code, solutions, drivers…).

It is clear to me now ,and this is good that this is the landing page from GCentral

I am glad to see that I was able to fix the issues I saw earlier when I tried to release version 2.0. Thanks for letting me learn and being patient with me on this.

I will send a private message to you and Steve so we can meet to decide the future of the different classes and we can make this page look much better!
