SMTC Support

Adding SMTC support for integration into Windows would be very appreciated. So the album artwork shows up, media keys are natively handled, and other applications can see what's playing. I know that media keys are listed as supported, but for some reason they aren't working on my machine. An open issue that covers a similar topic is here: #229

I get that this is a pretty big ask on a project that isn't platform specific.

I looked around but couldn't find any active or stable Rust crates that bridge SMTC with Tokio. The few that exist are either abandoned or bloated. I'm planning to put together a minimal crate just for this
